Step 4 · Ticket / Conveyance Number *

The ticket / conveyance number printed on the supplier's ticket.

Step 5 · Order Number *

The site code is added for you — just type your order number in the box. If you don't have an order number, type NA.

Step 6 · Vehicle Registration *

Type the number plate of the delivering vehicle exactly as shown on the plate.

The date the delivery was made.
